MBR2045 is a Schottky barrier rectifier, Its operating current is 20A, and the voltage is 45V. It’s highly efficient and has low power loss. As a rectifier is used to rectify the signal, a rectifier is used to convert the AC signal to the DC signal. Schottky barrier rectifier (or Schottky diode) operates similarly to a typical semiconductor diode made from Si or Ge. However, its primary purpose is to provide rectification, i.e., allow current to flow only easily along one specific direction.
