Description
MBR2045 is a Schottky barrier rectifier, Its operating current is 20A, and the voltage is 45V. It’s highly efficient and has low power loss. As a rectifier is used to rectify the signal, a rectifier is used to convert the AC signal to the DC signal. Schottky barrier rectifier (or Schottky diode) operates similarly to a typical semiconductor diode made from Si or Ge. However, its primary purpose is to provide rectification, i.e., allow current to flow only easily along one specific direction. This diode has vast applications for managing the power system, power supply system, Output rectification and other instruments.
