battery voltage ( 4v 10% = 4.5 / 5 volt ) Please do not try to fast charge with extra current voltage else it will get damage. Please follow the charging rules for SMF lead acid battery. Can also charge with any standard mobile charger (of 5 volt ) with adding a diode and 10 ohm / 0.5w resister in series ( limit the current to 100ma)
